Job Description We are growing! Comprehensive Health Center (FQHC) in Northern Virginia seeks an energetic and motivated Part-Time Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic team!This is a part-time position offering approximately 24 hours per week. Position is responsible for patient customer service two (2) days per week and two (2) evenings per week.This is a great opportunity for STUDENTS looking for PT hours!Our mission is to provide excellent and affordable medical, dental and behavioral health services by being compassionate, culturally competent, and accessible to all.Dental Front Desk Receptionist Responsibilities Include:Greets patients and assists the patient to check-in for the patient appointments. Notes time of arrival, time of scheduled visit, and reason for visit. Reviews resource schedule on a daily basis.Collects copayment for services.Proactively addresses patient needs and troubleshoots patient concerns.Dental Front Desk Receptionist Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED required. Exemplary customer service skills required. Dental or medical appointment scheduling, knowledge of medical terminology and experience with electronic medical record (EMR) preferred. One year of clinical office experience preferred.
