Supports the Task Order program manager with various program related administrative tasks such as meeting coordination, developing meeting minutes, Task Order communications, and correspondence. Supports HR actions and coordinates with Team Perspecta corporate resources. Performs a variety of Task Order administration support services involving data review, reporting, project coordination, budget review, and other related duties in support of the Task Order. Coordinates the Monthly Status Report to final. Coordinates the capture and vetting of trip reports and ensures travel requests are vetted, tracked and reported. Coordinates data collection, maintains reporting criteria and records; researches and compiles statistics and data for the Task Order; may assist in writing narratives for reports. Monitors Task Order timeline; tracks document submissions; creates, monitors, and maintains audit files. Prepare memorandums. Advises Task Order PM on resolution of concerns and issues and supports administrative continuous improvement objectives for the Task Order.
Skilled in the administrative support services for a Task Order such as meeting facilitation, travel booking, generating meeting minutes, and preparing documents and briefings. Familiar with corporate HR policies. Requires 5 to 8 years with BS/BA or 3 to 5 years with MS/MA or 0 to 2 years with PhD.
