The Graphic Artist should be able to work quickly and accurately to develop compelling, informative proposal graphics that are oriented to the customer, reflect the proposal strategy, and adhere to corporate branding. Must be able to collaborate with proposal teams to conceptualize new, innovative graphic ideas that build on team strategy and vision. In addition to strong design skills, must be able to handle high volume graphic development; working quickly and accurately to create illustrations, charts, infographics, and other data visualizations that help to effectively convey complex ideasBachelor's degree required in related field. 3-5 years relevant work experience (developing info graphics for Federal proposals). Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills. Expert level knowledge in software programs: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Bridge, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint. Ability to work independently at a high-quality level. Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment. High attention to detail. Strong conceptual skills; ability to guide author's graphic concepts and to /"think outside the box./" Flexibility; ability to adapt well in an ambiguous and fast changing environment. Ability to prioritize multiple projects; time management. Highly collaborative and strong interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with cross- functional and virtual teams across multiple internal workgroups.
