Responsibilities of this role will include: Oversee proposals or quals (RFPs or RFQs) Gather information from subconsultants Prepare regional prequalification and subconsultant packages Create marketing pieces (multimedia brochures, presentations, proposals, flyers, leave-behinds, agendas, etc.) Write project descriptions Coordinate with graphic designers to produce marketing pieces Provide client/market research Coordinate special projects/events, as needed Position Requirements Position Requirements Have, or in the process of completing, a BA degree by May 2018 from an accredited university. BA degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, Communications, English, or the equivalent degree is preferred Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills Detail-oriented Ability to work under tight deadlines Ability to handle multiple assignments concurrently Positive attitude/support mentality Team player Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe InDesign **Please include a one-page cover letter when uploading your resume.
