Network Engineering, Lead Req #: 122131 Location: Ashburn, VA US Job Category: Information Technology Security Clearance: Secret Clearance Status: Must be Obtainable Job Description CACI is currently looking for outstanding IT candidates to join our TSA IT Management, Performance Analysis, and Collaborative Technologies (IMPACT) team in the National Capital Region (NCR) and throughout the United States. CACI will provide a variety of IT services through IMPACT including cyber security, identity and access management, risk management, cloud integration and engineering, field support services, service desk, application deployment and optimization, and operations center support services. CACI will support TSA in both classified and unclassified IT operational environments increasing availability and security for a variety of applications and systems. IMPACT services will integrate with the broader DHS mission and enhance existing Department-wide IT capabilities. POSITION SUMMARY: The TSA IMPACT STIP Network Engineering Lead oversees, manages, and coordinates network policy, configuration, and troubleshooting in support of the TSA Security Technology Integrated Program. Duties include managing a team of Network Engineers, collaborating with government and third party stakeholders, coordinating with internal support teams on the IMPACT Program, and reporting status to leaderhsip. The successful candidate will have experience with the STIP Application Suite, BMC Remedy ITSM tool, SolarWInds Orion, Cisco ISE, and general WAN/LAN network management and monitoring expertise. RESPONSIBILITIES: Leads a team of Network Engineers to monitor network connectivity of TSE using the custom STIP application suite and other network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds. Responds to network events. Troubleshoots and configures Cisco switches, Coordinates with on-site support personnel during the course of troubleshooting. Uses the Remedy ITSM tool to track tickets. Creates reports and analyzes metrics. Adheres to Change Management processes and procedures. Creates and follows SOPs. Assigns tasks, responsibilities and schedules for the team. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Must have a Master's Degree or higher and/or >15 years of experience. (Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent and 12 to 15 years of relevant experience are required.). Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
