This role will support marketing and business development in multi-faceted endeavors. The ideal candidate is very organized and detail-oriented with excellent oral and written communications skills. Graphics skills a plus! Position requires a team player with initiative, flexibility and drive who can multi-task, has strong writing and editing experience, as well as proof reading and computer skills. EOE Responsibilities include: · Daily outbound communications with phone, email, direct response pieces to create opportunities with new and existing customers · Proposal tracking and follow up · Provide weekly outstanding proposal list to team members for follow up and update · Maintenance and management of CRM program and related reports · Maintenance and management of digital project library, project descriptions, resumes, and other collateral materials · Organize and maintain accuracy of all marketing information and collateral materials · Provide graphic and design support to produce a variety of marketing materials following brand standards · Support marketing campaigns and social media presence · Conduct project and client research Requirements: · Minimum of Associates Degree · 3 years customer-service, sales and/or administrative work experience · Clear, friendly and audible speaking voice · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook · Experience working with CRM software · Experience in the construction industry, commercial real estate industry or in a service trade environment is preferred · Organized, able to multi-task, strong administrative skills · Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills · Self-starter, dependable, flexible, reliable, efficient, versatile, and professional · Ability to connect with prospects in a professional and caring approach WE OFFER · Competitive annual salary based on experience · Performance Incentives · Benefits – Leave, 401K, Health, etc. · A casual, friendly work environment where you will learn a ton
