FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST - HOSPITALITY HEADQUARTERS - RALEIGH NCConcord Hospitality is currently hiring for our Front Desk Receptionist at our Corporate Headquarters in Raleigh North Carolina. This role places you at the hub of our organization as our main receptionist greeting and assisting our staff members, welcoming visitors, owners and vendors and handling various receptionist duties as well as assist with several projects aligned with our HR Department.The ideal candidate is someone with front desk or receptionist experience that can professionally handle a switchboard, answer basic operation questions, assist callers to the correct department for assistance, sort/file incoming mail, be liaison for various supply vendors and be savvy in various computer systems to assist in projects that arise through our HR Department.NOTE: Candidates must have prior customer service experience in hospitality, travel or retail.The Customer Engagement Specialist is a member of our HR Team and will be cross trained in several areas of HR operations to assist as a backup or additional team member when needed. This role will handle billing on several HR operation functions as well has assist with internal meetings and events that occur throughout the year.Ideal candidate is someone wanting to take their hotel front desk career to the next level and work in a corporate atmosphere or a retired hotel worker looking for a great environment to work an 8-5pm shift in a fun and engaging environment where your prior skills and industry knowledge are valued.This position is responsible for the coordination of system administrative functions. Must be a multitasker with excellent communication skills. The individual in this position is expected to interact with both internal and external customers with the highest level of professionalismOverall Job Responsibilities 1. Learns, understands and refers to the Concord Operating Procedures.2. Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate. Will transfer a caller to an associate s voice mailbox when the associate is unavailable.3. Greets and directs visitors to the company.4. Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel.5. Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website and other related information.6. Receives sorts and forwards incoming mail. Maintains and routes publications.7. Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)8. Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies.9. Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating.10. Stocks break rooms with supplies and keep the break rooms tidy.11. Manages office equipment and assists other associates with the operation of office equipment.12. Publishes OnCue each week.13. Conducts self to reflect the high standards of professionalism within the Concord Hospitality organization14. Follows safety and security procedures.15.
