In this challenging role, you will:Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to a team of recruiters to exceed business goals Develop strong relationships with senior leadership throughout the organization to drive and influence results for the function Proactively lead talent acquisition strategy for planned and pop-up business needs and programs Partner with HR colleagues and business leaders to understand business priorities, hiring forecasts, progress against deliverables, and new talent acquisition initiatives Collaborate with stakeholders and advise on options, manage costs and ROI to providing talent Explore market trends and best practices in recruitment and implement appropriate best practices in the organization Present regular reports to keep management informed of program status and related issues Proactively monitor and track business objectives, validate recruitment strategies, and develop business specific strategies when the need arises Manage quality, productivity and compliance with internal policies, OFCCP regulations, EEO/diversity policies, as well as, federal and state employment and labor laws Serve as the liaison for enterprise-wide committees, working groups, and tiger teams Provide training on talent acquisition and compliance topics when required Escalate potential issues/concerns to management and with assistance to move toward positive outcomes Identify new approaches & methodologies to expand recruiter’s depth and knowledge base Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree and 10 years recruitment experience. Equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered Demonstrated competence recruiting in a deadline driven, fast paced environment Demonstrated track record of developing and implementing successful, creative, and forward thinking recruitment strategies Experience analyzing and reporting on recruiting metrics Broad knowledge of human resources regulatory and statutory requirements Knowledge of compliance related to nondiscrimination/affirmative action laws and regulations Proficient with Microsoft Office and electronic applicant tracking systems (ATS). Brassring and WorkDay is a plus Experience interacting and successfully influencing others, including executives Demonstrated ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring leaders A strong commitment to top-level customer service Excellent communication, presentation, team building and interpersonal skills Detail oriented, able to handle multiple tasks concurrently and interface effectively with both internal and external customers Results oriented team player, yet able to work independently of direct supervision Experience in the federal contracting sector Must have prior experience with either account or team management The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate prior experience executing management functions such as, but not limited to: addressing employee issues or concerns, providing positive and negative performance feedback, coaching/training employees, and confidently representing the Recruitment department at internal and external company meetingsDesired:Former Agency experience Requires Bachelor's degree or equivalent and eight to ten years of progressive HR management experience.
