Senior Recruitment Marketer (Job Number:435462) Description: SAIC seeks a recruiter to grow strategic talent communities and work across the recruiting organization to convert interested prospects into candidates and hires. This job emphasizes generating results on programs with hard-to-find or high volume requirements using the latest Employment Marketing methods, tools and technologies. The Digital Recruiter will promote the value of working for SAIC and help the business attract great candidates who fit our culture and support our mission. We seek an employment marketer who can develop messages and implement appropriate channel/campaign/event strategies leveraging all available programs and capabilities at SAIC. This individual should have a command of data analytics in order to drive the conversion of investment into hires. As well this individual should have proven collaboration skills which will be required to achieve desired results partnering with teams across Talent Acquisition, Communications, Office of the CIO, and business leaders enterprise wide. What you-ll do: - Drive qualified applicants to open jobs - Manage recruiting events - Define target candidate personas - Nurture and grow talent communities - Create email campaigns - Amplify employee talent ambassadors - Track, measure and report on campaign results - Collaborate on campus / veteran / diversity recruiting strategy - Support surge efforts with targeted employment marketing campaigns - Connect recruiters with tools and resources to augment req-based sourcing efforts - Use current metrics and envision future measurement opportunities to inform and refine social media campaigns - Curate and manage social media content in collaboration with Communications strategy Qualifications : Required Background: - 10+ years total related experience in recruiting, marketing or a technical discipline like UI/UX, web design or CRM implementation with 3+ years in a technical recruiting role - Knowledge of government contracting regulations and the nuances of security clearances related to candidate search - Strong writing skills with knowledge of AP Style guidelines and experience optimizing job descriptions for search engines - Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) with ability to translate and present data visually Desired Background: - AIRS or similar sourcing certification - Google Analytics or similar certification - Inbound Marketing or similar certification - Proven ability to balance rapidly changing requirements gracefully and deliver results SAIC Overview:SAIC is a premier technology integrator providing full life cycle services and solutions in the technical, engineering, intelligence, and enterprise information technology markets.
