Job Description Job Summary The job is an entry-level position assisting general office operations. Essential Tasks • Answering phones • Take and distribute messages • Prepare outgoing mail • Fax, scan, and copy documents • Maintain office filing and storage systems • Maintain databases such as mailing lists, contact lists • Retrieve information • Co-ordinate and maintain staff administrative records • Type documents, reports and correspondence • Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced • Perform work related errands such as going to the post office and bank • Keep office area clean and tidy Experience and Qualifications • Minimum Education: High School • Experience: 1+ Year preferred General Skills • Use computer with proficiency including MS Office • Perform basic math • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication • Operate as part of the K-Form manufacturing team • Operate according to safety requirements Company Description K-Form is a product development and manufacturing company working with customers primarily in the Aerospace and Defense markets.
