Job Description G&H Diversified Manufacturing is a fast-growing Contract Manufacturing Company that is currently looking for a Receptionist with strong values and a passion for success to become a vital part of our dynamic team. Position Overview: Greet all incoming guests to G&H Diversified Mfg, LP. and assist them as they need. Answer incoming calls and direct promptly to the appropriate parties. Ensure customer calls are given priority attention. Support office staff with assigned projects as needed. Essential Job Functions: · Answer incoming phone calls and direct to appropriate departments or employees. Give customer calls first priority and ensure those calls are connected to a live voice every time. Listen and respond to all recorded messages at the beginning of the workday through the main switchboard. · Greet and handle all guests arriving in the front lobby (i.e. vendors, customers, solicitors). Maintain permanent guest sign-in documents log. · Handout employment applications and administer math tests for all candidates seeking open positions. Report scores and possible candidates to HR and appropriate hiring managers as required. · Gather mail, stamp and distribute as necessary. Stamp all outgoing mail, small packages and redirect larger items to shipping. · Enter requested data into JobBoss cost system, close jobs when directed, run JobBoss reports as required, dump data into excel spreadsheets when requested and perform miscellaneous other JobBoss tasks and reports (Job cost, AR, customer lists, pastdue reports, . · Accept all incoming travelers, customer purchase orders, production reports, material certifications, QC acceptances, receiving records, customer debits and credits and file into appropriate accounting records (job records, AR records, AP records). · Perform all other necessary functions as requested. Requirements: Work experience: 3-5 years of business experience in an office High School diploma Other Skills/ Abilities: · Excel and Word, create mailing labels, write business letters/emails, respond professionally to vendors and customers. · Good organization skills, aptitude for math.
