Engility is dedicated to making lives better, safer and more secure. Description: Engility is seeking a System Engineer for a Ground Acquisition SETA position. This position provides requirements management support to manage end-to-end closure for the Government in the Mission Control program Office. Description: Position is to function as Engineering readiness lead for a Ground System Program Office. This individual will identify, control and maintain operational requirements in the DOORS tool to include deriving system level requirements and working with the team to develop the corresponding documentation. A successful System Engineer will possess a knowledge and have experience with NRO but specifically GED systems. Technical Writing - write systems engineering documents using clear and concise language, follow and update templates for said documents. Review and adjudicate comments from peers and from the customer Requirements Management - Manage requirements for programs and projects. Properly scope and link requirements for proper system definition. Guide requirements through the full development lifecycle process. System Engineer - Manage program artifacts (documents, requirements, presentations, memos, minutes etc.) through multi-stage development activities. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, or Math Current Top Secret SCI Clearance with CI Poly 3 years of relevant experience with requirements development using the DOORS tool Desired Qualifications: Effective organizational skills to manage multiple ongoing assignments and tasks at one time Creative thinking; formulation of ideas/strategies to react to a variety of existing and emerging acquisition complexities and Customer Priorities Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment with constantly shifting priorities and needs Experience working within or closely with Acquisition Offices; SETA and/or SE&I experience EEO Statement: Engility Corporation is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
