Job Summary • Responsible for entering, tracking and analyzing all product and associated materials and is the point of contact for all warehouse shipping, receiving, and inventory control Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Support daily distribution and processing of reports and other correspondence as directed by Manager • Maintain and update equipment and product tracking log • Manage all electronic receipts of equipment/product when it arrives • Manage warehouse functions, including, but not limited to shipping, receiving and inventory control • Enter all receiving purchase order information and virtual shipments • Maintain accurate inventory and documentation for all assigned inventory • Responsible for pulling inventory for order prep, pre-fabrication, and staging on project pallets • Coordinate and manage the maintenance of equipment • Answer all incoming calls and email queries; assisting customers, clients and related vendors as needed Other duties assigned as needed Skills and Abilities • Ability to comprehend and apply principles of basic math while analyzing data and generating reports • Must have clear and professional communication skills (written and oral) both internally and externally • Proficient in windows and Microsoft applications such as MS Word and Excel • Ability to balance multiple tasks with changing priorities • Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail • Effective communication and interaction with employees, clients, and colleagues and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization • Demonstrated customer service focus and client communication skills Education and/or Experience • Minimum High school diploma or equivalent required • Minimum 2 years of Warehouse or inventory experience • Experience with UPS, FedEx shipping, tracking and receiving. International shipping experience is preferred • Must be able to pass and complete internal forklift certification • Valid Driver’s License and a Motor Vehicle Record that meets AVI-SPL Driving Privileges standards Working Environment The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
