Job Description Apptium is looking for a Receptionist to join our Operations team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our Apptium Herndon Office. The Receptionist is responsible for providing reception at organization’s main office along with supplying some administrative support. This position requires you to be able to apply acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and grow professionally. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Professionally greet and direct all visitors Competently answer the phones and direct all calls accordingly Assist with administrative tasks and projects Manage conference rooms Assist with mail handling Ensure that lobby area is kept neat and clean at all times Other duties as assigned REQUIRED SKILLS Professional attitude and communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.) Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Confidentiality and discretion in the performance of all duties and responsibilities Knowledge of general office equipment (copier, phone systems, etc.) Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and team player Ability to listen; pay attention to details and follow instructions Enhanced work ethic Available for the hours of 9am to 5:30pm EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or GED required. 0-3 years of directly related or closely related experience Company Description APPTIUM is an emerging leader in the information technology software and professional services domain serving Forbes Global 2000 and other large enterprise companies with a primary focus on the Telecom, Media & Entertainment, High Tech, and Healthcare industries.
