Job Description Summary of Responsibilities: Under the supervision of the Office Senior Manager, is responsible for receptionist duties in Miami office. Essential Functions: Able to handle multiple lines in a professional manner Provide receptionist and clerical support Data entry Effective written and verbal communication Distribute/log all incoming mail and coordinate all outgoing mail Maintain Receptionist area and place service calls as necessary Other Functions: Provide Management group with administrative and clerical support, when needed. Maintain Careers inbox and file resumes accordingly for Recruiting. Trained for Tax processing during busy season (January – April). Skills Required: Accuracy - Work produced is consistently above standards with minimal errors Attention to Detail - Exceptionally thorough with minimal amount of revision required Neatness - Work is well-organized and meticulously executed Time Management - Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities Reliability - Demonstrates responsibility and judgment Attendance - Exceptional attendance record required Comprehension - Exceptional ability to apply knowledge to related tasks Initiative - Accepts additional and unexpected responsibilities Research Ability - Able to complete research assignments Knowledge of Firm Services - Has general understanding of Firm’s services Professionalism - Exceptionally level of courtesy in all forms of communication both internally and externally Teamwork - Able to work in a team-oriented environment Attitude - Very cooperative, courteous, tactful and considerate Community - Actively seeks participation in appropriate organizations Working Conditions: Full Time employee (40 hours/week). Occasional overtime hours required throughout the year, including busy season (January – April). Experience Required: Associates Degree or four year college degree Experience in a professional office setting Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) Switchboard and clerical experience Must be able to perform well in fast-paced working environment Additional Qualifications: Prior experience working in a CPA firm.
