Job Description Job Summary The primary focus of the Juno HQ Receptionist role will be to deliver friendly and professional guest services and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests and employees alike. You will be THE FACE OF JUNOand will take great pride and care in setting that first impression. Primary Responsibilities 1. Greet guests, visitors and employees as they arrive at Juno 2. Assist in locating Juno contacts for visitors and directing people to the proper locations 3. Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs 4. Organize and manage conference room reservations post approval 5. Logistical planning of meetings and Juno HQ sponsored events as requested by Facilities Manager 6. Performing ad-hoc administrative dutiesas requested by theJuno HQ Facilities Manager. 7. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. 8. Acting Floor Warden for reception area 9. Maintains amenity stock levels in Community Room and Executive Break Room 10. Provide back-up support to Juno HQ Facilities Office Manager Key Skills And Attributes 1. Prior experience as a receptionist or in related field preferred 2. Detail-oriented. Must have impeccable documentation skills and ability to multi-task. 3. Must use sound business sense and decision making in support of Mission, Vison and Goals. 4. Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision 5. Proactively identify potential problems/conflicts and seeks ways to find and correct errors where appropriate 6. Ability to perform 80% sedentary work 7. Demonstrated ability to deliver superior customer service to internal and external teams 8. Self-motivated and able to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment 9. Excellent judgment, particularly in narrow timeframes with ability to prioritize work for maximum efficiency 10. Willingness to work hard and roll up sleeves to get work done, even when at times it is outside the scope of the job 11. Ability to be entrusted with a considerable amount of highly sensitive and confidential information which must be handled with total discretion and total integrity 12. Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. 13. Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. 14. Opens, sorts, separates, and distributes mail neatly and accurately to location 15. A team player with an energetic attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Required Qualifications 1. Prefer (1-5) year(s) related experience 2. Professional personal presentation 3. High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) 4. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices Education Requirements 1. High School Diploma
