This is a UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY to be a part of our growth. We are currently taking interviews for a Construction Trades Recruiter / Field Manager position..... Some of the recruiter's roles and responsibilities include (but not limited to): * Working with existing and prospective clients and account managers to establish recruiting goals for existing and upcoming projects * Focus on DAILY recruiting of quality construction candidates to grow the core employee base. * Completing and maintaining employee hire paperwork including W4's, I-9's, E-verifications, etc.. * Researching new methods of recruiting. REQUIREMENTS - Recruiter/Inside Sales - Strong Work Ethic - 2-5 Yrs MINIMUM exp - Clean Driving Record - Ability to handle EARLY MORNING business - Schedule flexibility to attend evening networking events/mixers on occasion - Strong Prospecting Skills - Excellent Telephone Skills - Computer Skills - College Degree Preferred - Proficiency in Speaking Spanish a BIG Plus - Knowledge of DC Metro Area - Desire to BE THE BEST Base Salary + Commissions Career Level Required:Experienced (Non-Manager) Experience Required: 2-5 years min.
